The goal of the podcast is to help reduce the teacher shortage in America.  We do this by giving teachers a platform to express how they feel and allow administrators the opportunity to see what is truly frustrating teachers today. The end goal is to help teachers like the profession once again.

Interview series.  Each episode has  a guest teacher, who will vent and share their frustrations with the teaching profession. We will focus in on one particular problem in each episode.  After the guest teacher vents, we will open it up for discussion on ways that administration can improve the situation for teachers.
