Happy Teachers Don’t Quit – Membership Agreement

 

Unstuck Training and Development, DBA, Happy Teachers Don’t Quit, is proud to be in partnership with you in this movement to make teaching enjoyable again.

Each membership purchased is for one Administrator, for one calendar year, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

In exchange for your annual membership fee of  $3500.00,  Happy Teachers Don’t Quit will provide the following services:

  • Enrollment for one Administrator in two required training programs:
  1. Why Teaching Sucks and How to Fix it!
  2. Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

These two training programs will be available quarterly. You must attend both of these training programs by the end of your first four months of membership. Both training programs will be completed in one day each and may be presented virtually or in-person.

  • Monthly One-on-One Coaching Calls:

Each member will have a scheduled monthly call with one of our expert coaches to discuss progress and implementation. Our coaches are available to assist with any problems you are having with implementing the program. Coaching calls may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice; coaching calls cannot be missed without rescheduling.

  • Monthly Mastermind Groups:

Members will have an opportunity to collaborate with other Administrators by participating in a monthly Mastermind Group call. Connect and share ideas with like-minded peers. The Mastermind Groups are not a mandatory part of the program, but they are highly recommended and can provide great value.

Employee Happiness Index:

Teachers in your school will complete a quarterly survey to gauge teachers’ happiness and to determine areas of discontent. Upon completion of the survey, you will be given an Employee Happiness Index score. Your E.H.I. should improve over time as you implement the program.

  • Logo Use:

Happy Teachers Don’t Quit membership includes the rights to use the graphic logo which will be provided for you. Use of the logo will set you apart by demonstrating that you are part of the pro-active movement to create happy teachers. The logo may be used on any print materials, signage, and web-based marketing for as long as you remain an active member. Any use of the logo without consent or without an active membership will be in violation of copyright laws.

  • Guarantee:

Our Guarantee agreement will outline terms and conditions.

  • Exclusive rights:

All content provided by Happy Teachers Don’t Quit is copyrighted and protected. Any unauthorized use of materials or logos may lead to termination of membership and possible legal action. This includes sharing with non-members in your school district.

  • Code of Conduct:

We reserve the right to terminate the membership of any member whose conduct we believe does not accurately represent our brand at Happy Teachers Don’t Quit and Unstuck Training and Development.

Happy Teachers Don’t Quit GUARANTEE AGREEMENT

 

At Happy Teachers Don’t Quit our goal is to help as many people as possible enjoy teaching again. That is why we have made this program RISK FREE for Administrators. If you can make teachers happier, they are less likely to quit teaching! You will save more money than the cost of this program. We believe in the program so much we are willing to put our money behind it. If you implement the program but do not see an improvement in teacher happiness, we will provide a full refund.

How do we measure teacher happiness? Prior to starting the program and once per quarter, your teachers will take a brief 20 question survey. The answers will be compiled to create one score which we call your Employee Happiness Index. By the end of your membership year we guarantee that your teachers’ happiness score will be higher than the score prior to the start of the program, or we will refund your money provided you have met the following conditions:

  • Complete both one-day training programs within the first four months of the program. The two training programs may be done virtually.
    • Why Teaching Sucks – And How to Fix It!
    • Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
  • Have 95% of your teachers complete the initial survey within the first 45 days of the program.
  • Have a minimum of 85% of your employees complete the quarterly surveys.
  • Attend all scheduled one-on-one coaching calls. You may reschedule with 24-hour notice for another time within a 10-day period, but you cannot miss a call.
  • Less than 10% of the quarterly teacher surveys can indicate any part of the program is not being implemented or followed.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in the guarantee being invalidated.

Providing all conditions are met, if you do not see an improvement in your Employee Happiness Index you may request a refund via email. Allow 90 days for verification and repayment.
